Christmas songs
Without exception, they are all fucking shit.

You can take your Slade and Wizard, Your Cliff Richard and Shakin Stevens, Your Coldplay and Noel Gallagher and especially the Pogues (for the pretentiousness people who say they like it only to conform and have probably never listened to anything else by them ever) you can 'em stick up arse! A sure way to turn the radio off.

Yeah bah humbug you fuckers!

Re: Christmas songs
Personally I think it's gone beyond whether individual songs are good/bad/gash. It's the constant repetition of the same handful over and over again in every shop, hotel and restaurant for weeks on end that drives most people mad..... well that and the fucking sleigh bells.

99% of the recent ones are gash, but I look forward to hearing the waitresses christmas wrapping every year.

Re: Christmas songs
Songs are brilliant. They help your mood. They uplift your spirit. They get your toes tapping and ultimately get toying a Latin American at a wedding. I have a Christmas playlist on Spotify that lasts for about four hours. Every song a cracker.

Re: Christmas songs
The Darkness's 'Don't Let The Bells End' is worth listening to for the awesome 'Gibson through Marshalls' tone on the guitars alone.
